The Festival Pavilion
Located near the city of Windy Bluff, the Festival Pavilion is always ready for a celebration. Jesters dance about, making fools of themselves, and a jousting area is set up for shows of might. Cake and punch is a favorite among the joyous crowds that attend the celebrations. Originally home to the great Festival of Light, the Pavilion now attracts many tourists.
